Returns & Shipping Policies
We always do our best to make our customers happy, and want you to be pleased with your purchase. All articles are inspected for damages (including zippers, buttons and Jewelry clasps), and stains prior to packaging. We stand behind our merchandise, but if for some reason you are not happy, we will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit.
Sorry dolls, WE DO NOT offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit. Merchandise exchange or store credit will not be granted without proof of purchase. We require you to notify us 14 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or receive store credit. Tags must be attached, articles unworn, damage free, and stain and/or odor free. CoraLine is not responsible for articles damaged or stained by customer.
We cannot guarantee the style, color or size you'd like to exchange at the time of your return, but if you email us prior to returning your item, we'd be happy to check inventory for you and put it aside if availability permits.
All “Sale” or “Discounted” items, are FINAL SALE!!
All items purchased on sale or with a promo code are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday sales are final sale. Promo codes must be applied at check out to receive the discount. Promo codes can not be applied to previous orders.
Please fill out the Return Form and mail back your item(s) in a trackable shipping service. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
All orders have a processing timeframe of 1-5 business days (please keep in mind the processing timeframe is not included in the shipping days). Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email providing your tracking number, allow 24 hours for your tracking to be updated once email is received. After the tracking number is issued, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package(s). CoraLine Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen package(s).
Please confirm all your information is correct before placing your order for shipping purposes. If your package(s) is returned to us as “undeliverable” due to an incorrect address or being left unclaimed at the post office the customer will be contacted and is responsible for any shipping costs if they choose to re-attempt delivery.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Therefore, please keep in mind our processing & shipping timeframe before placing your order.
